The first step is to contact me and schedule a buyer consultation! We will discuss your goals, preferred areas, budget, timeline, and what you are looking for in a home. From there, I will connect you with a trusted lender for pre-approval, create your personalized home search, and guide you through every step until you receive the keys.
-
Once you are pre-approved and we have discussed what you are looking for, I will create a personalized home search based on your budget, preferred locations, and must-have features. When a home catches your attention, I will gather the property information, schedule a showing, and help you decide whether it could be the right fit.

Closing costs are expenses connected to the loan and property transfer. They may include lender charges, title and settlement fees, recording fees, prepaid taxes, insurance, and escrow deposits. Your lender will provide estimates and final figures.
-
Earnest money is a good-faith deposit you provide after your offer is accepted to show the seller that you are serious about purchasing the home. The amount and payment deadline are included in the contract. If the transaction closes, the money is generally credited toward your closing costs or down payment.
-
A pre-approval is a lender’s review of your income, credit, debts, and finances to determine how much you may qualify to borrow. It helps you understand your price range and estimated monthly payment. It also shows sellers that you are financially prepared to purchase a home.
